I’ve faced the intense struggles of disordered eating and body shame.

In my 20’s, I battled an eating disorder. I used it as a way to manage my emotions, perfectionism, and low self-worth. Years of obsessive body preoccupation, rigid food rules, and chronic restriction consumed me, and drained my energy and happiness.

But I realised this was no way to live.

So, I made a powerful choice.

I chose to separate from diet culture completely. I chose to let go of all food rules and confront the emotions driving my eating habits. And I want you to know, you can do the same.

With an evidence-based approach grounded in Psychology, NLP, and Neuroscience I healed my relationship with food and my body, allowing me to show up for my health and goals with true, unshakeable confidence.

  • I’ve helped 100’s of women end strict dieting, let go of food guilt, stop binge and emotional eating and finally feel at peace with food and their body. The women I coach trust themselves around food, experience increased confidence, and develop consistency so they can finally achieve the health and body they want.

  • Once you overcome binge or emotional eating and build a better relationship to food, unintentional weight loss can occur because you’re no longer overeating. Our first priority will always be healing your relationship to food and your body and once you’ve built a better mindset and consistent approach to your health, I am happy to support you in achieving body composition or weight loss goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

  • It depends on the level of support you require. If you’re struggling with restrictive eating, endless diets, lack of consistency and feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, I recommend the Reclaim Your Body program.  If you’re struggling with binge or emotional eating and need personalised support, I recommend 1:1 Coaching. If you’re looking for a training program plus baseline accountability for your nutrition and health mindset, I recommend the OPUS Collective Membership.   • I do both! The Reclaim Your Body and OPUS Collective Membership are online programs. And I run 1:1 coaching sessions from my home office in Perth, or if you live too far away or are interstate or international, I can support you through online ZOOM sessions.

  • I work with everyone! I’ve worked with women all over the world, that’s the benefit of working online. My 1:1 client sessions are Wednesday to Friday from 8am to 5pm AWST. 

  • Tarryn completed a Bachelor of  Psychology and Counselling (2010) and went on to complete certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Timeline Therapy (2018), Applied Neuroscience (2021) and Precision Nutrition Coaching (2014). Tarryn has over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and 6 years as a practicing Counsellor and Mindset Coach; supporting women to break free from diet culture, end binge and emotional eating and have freedom and confidence in their body and mind.
